7 Tools to Streamline Your Small Business

For small businesses, here are 7 tools that helped me scale to a multiple 6-figure business. Many small businesses are obsessing over AI when they need to streamline and automate their current processes. Look into the following tools:

Streamline To Get Ahead

I use SmartSuite as a customer relationship management system. I also use it to manage 100s of pieces of content that we produce every month. I use it to manage contractors and their hours. It also has dashboards to get quick insight. Their free version is also really good.

This is a tool where you can organize your saved LinkedIn posts. I use this tool to revisit LinkedIn posts for content ideas or frameworks that people post. There is so much good information on LinkedIn. This tool makes it easy to collect and revisit. Try it here.

3. Onlinejobs(.)ph

This website is like Fiverr, but everyone is from the Philippines. I knew I needed help with video editing. I was doing everything myself and it just took TOO long. I used this website to find contractors. It’s about $100/month. I have two contractors I hired when I first started who are still working with me. Hiring contractors also allowed me to develop a hiring process where I can now spot bad contractors just by talking to them. This will definitely helps build your hiring skills. Check out the website here.

I have tried so many scheduling tools. This one is definitely the best one, especially for the price point. As an agency, it also has an area to communicate with clients, an approval process, and an easy way to customize a post on each social media channel.

5. Weareindy(.)com

They make it easy to send contracts and invoices. It connects directly with Stripe and PayPal. As a small business owner, there is no reason to send a contract or invoice that a client needs to print out and sign. That is outrageous! Streamline the process with this tool.

As a small business owner, I still consider Canva the best tool for graphics and carousels. It’s easy to use, and they have a great free version.

7. Wix

This website builder has everything you need for a business. It’s also easy to use so you don’t need to hire a developer. I create all my newsletter graphics in Canva!

Should I add any tools to this list?
